Layer 1 — Outer protection
HDPE / PP structural layer with UV stabilizers; provides rigidity and impact strength.
Layer 2 — Adhesive
Bonds the structural layer to the barrier layer and prevents delamination.
Layer 3 — EVOH / PA barrier
Main oxygen / solvent barrier; dramatically slows permeation of aggressive chemicals.
Layer 4 — Adhesive (chemical-resistant grade)
Keeps the inner contact layer bonded even when in contact with solvents or surfactants.
Layer 5 — Inner chemical-contact layer
Specialty PE / PP formulation resistant to the exact agrochemical formulation.
