Medium Blow Molding Machines Industrial Container Series

KSY70 / KSY80 / KSY90 screw platform gives you three dedicated models — KSY75, KSY85, KSY95 — for 6L–12L oil bottles, chemical packaging and industrial containers. Our medium extrusion blow molding machines use proven Siemens PLC control and are manufactured in Dongguan, China.

Medium Extrusion Blow Molding Machines for 6–12L Industrial Containers

Between small cosmetic-machine models and large drum machines there is a practical gap: containers from 5L to 12L. KSY’s medium blow molding series fills this space with reinforced platens, higher clamping force and bigger die-head tooling.

Technical note: Standard configurations shown. KSY can adjust screw L/D, head specification, servo pump and control options based on your product and existing mould size.
Selection recommendation: For thick-walled 10–12L containers, verify clamping force and mould stroke carefully. KSY85 or KSY95 with higher tonnage will prevent flash and part deformation during long runs.

Material selection: For edible oil packaging, use HDPE food-grade resin. For chemical containers, verify chemical resistance and consider barrier layer options.
